Pippatopia Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Pippatopia – a magical role play café designed especially for little explorers and their grown-ups. To help everyone have a safe and happy visit, please read and follow our terms and conditions below. By booking or entering Pippatopia, you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings, Tickets & Session Terms
- All tickets are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Unfortunately, we cannot offer changes with less than 24 hours' notice.
- A ticket admits one child to a 90-minute play session at the time you selected when booking. Please note, ticket prices are for entry to the play area only and do not include any food or drink.
- Advance booking is strongly recommended. We give priority to pre-booked guests and cannot guarantee availability for walk-ins.
- If you book online, you will receive an email confirmation. Please bring this with you (printed or digital) when attending your session. Entry may not be granted without proof of booking.
- We kindly ask that you arrive promptly at the start of your session, no more than 5 minutes before your session start time. Unfortunately, we cannot extend play time for late arrivals. Your session will still end at the scheduled time.
- In the event of an emergency or unforeseen closure (e.g. power failure, staff illness), we reserve the right to cancel a session. If this happens, we will offer you the choice of rescheduling or a full refund.
- We reserve the right to amend session times, prices, or availability at any time. Any changes will be communicated clearly on our website and booking system.
- By purchasing a ticket, you agree to follow our Rules of Play and Terms & Conditions. We may refuse entry or ask guests to leave without refund if these rules are not followed.
- We close the play spaces between sessions to allow time for cleaning and resetting the space. During this time, customers are not permitted in the play spaces.
- Let’s Keep the Party Magic Special: At Pippatopia, we love a good celebration—but to keep the magic fair for everyone, birthday cakes, balloons, and party decorations are only allowed with a booked party package. If you haven’t booked a party with us, we kindly ask that you leave the festivities (and the frosting!) at home. Thanks for helping us make every celebration feel extra special!
- A little heads-up about play sessions: At Pippatopia, we do our best to keep things running smoothly—but every now and then, a party booking might be made after you’ve reserved a play session. If this happens, we may need to rearrange your session to make room for the celebration. We promise to let you know as soon as possible, and as a thank you for your understanding, we’ll treat you to a complimentary drink in our café. We really appreciate your flexibility—it helps keep the magic alive for everyone!
2. Supervision and Responsibility
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Pippatopia staff are on hand to support, but we do not provide childcare.

12. General Safety
- While we’ve taken great care to create a safe and inspiring play environment, all children must remain under the close supervision of their responsible adult throughout their visit. Our team is here to help make your experience magical, but we do not provide childcare. As such, Pippatopia cannot accept liability for any accidents, injuries, damage to clothing or belongings that may occur during a visit to Pippatopia. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe, happy, and smiling!
- Our play spaces have low doorways and some have lower ceilings. Please take care and mind your head when exploring. While we’ve taken every reasonable step to make our spaces safe, Pippatopia cannot accept responsibility for any injury resulting from not taking due care.
- While all equipment and play areas are regularly checked and maintained to meet safety standards, play is undertaken at your own risk. Pippatopia is not liable for any injuries sustained due to misuse of equipment, failure to follow safety instructions, or lack of supervision.
