Shared Venue Party Package – A Magical Day, Shared with Others
Looking for a joyful birthday celebration with all the charm of Pippatopia, but without private hire? Our shared venue party package offers the perfect mix of play, food, and birthday magic – all while sharing our imaginative play world with other visitors.
Every birthday child still gets a free return visit voucher – because the adventure never really ends at Pippatopia!
🌟 What’s Included:
- 1.5 hour party booking
Play, explore and celebrate in our enchanting play café. - Delicious party food for every child
A colourful cold snacky plate with a pre-ordered sandwich and sweet and savoury snacks – including a variety of veggie sticks, crisps, yoghurt, fruit and biscuits! Plus unlimited squash to keep the little ones refreshed. Booking the morning slot for your party? We’ve got you covered with breakfast snacky plates instead.
- Birthday cake moment
We'll help you mark the moment by gathering everyone to sing and cutting the cake (you’ll just need to bring the cake with you). - A big thank-you treat
The birthday child will receive a free return visit voucher as our gift to them.
💫 Party Pricing:
- £16.95 per child, this includes 60 mins play, 30 mins in the party room, party food and unlimited squash.
- Minimum of 10 children per booking, with space for up to 15. Want to invite more than 15? Get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
- A 50% deposit is required at booking. We're unable to hold dates without this.
- Optional extra of adding a Grown-Up's Snacky Platter. Our children's snacky plates are extremely popular so now you can treat the adults to the grown-up version!
🎈 Grown-Up Guests:
- One adult per child is included.
- The birthday child can bring two special grown-ups.
- Extra adults are welcome for just £2 each – up to a maximum of 6 extra adults.
- If additional siblings or friends are attending (but not part of the party group), they’ll need to book standard play session tickets via our website.
🎈 Before You Arrive:
- You may arrive up to 15 minutes before your party to decorate the party room (please don’t arrive earlier unless agreed – we may be hosting another celebration before yours!)
- Feel free to bring your own decorations and balloons, but do take them home after the party.
- Our team will take care of the cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying the day.
🚸 Important Bits to Know:
- Pippatopia is designed for children under 8 years old. Any children age 8 and over are still very much welcome at Pippatopia. We have activities to keep big kids entertained in our café area. • Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please follow our Rules of Play - let’s keep the play space safe and fun for everyone.
- We kindly ask that you leave promptly at the end of your party, so we have time to tidy up and sprinkle some magic ready for the next celebration. ✨
🎂 Final Details:
- We can provide cakes, balloons, decorations, party bags and much more – all to help make the moment feel magical. Please ask to see what our party partners can offer you.
- Final payment is due on or before the party day (a payment link can be sent in advance).
