Looking for a more relaxed birthday celebration with all the charm of Pippatopia, but without private hire? Our Play & Celebrate Party Package offers the perfect mix of play, food, and birthday magic – all while sharing our imaginative play world with other visitors.
Every birthday child gets a free return visit voucher – because the adventure never really ends at Pippatopia!
🌟 What’s Included:
- 1.5 hour party booking, on Saturdays and Sundays at 9am, 11am or 1pm.
Play, explore and celebrate in our enchanting play café. - Our Play & Celebrate option lets you set the pace to your special occasion
You will enjoy our normal 1.5 hour play session, with your party food served to your reserved tables in the café. With no set times to eat or play within the 1.5 hours, you are in control of your celebration. - Delicious party food for every child
A colourful cold snacky plate with a pre-ordered sandwich (ham, jam or cheese) and sweet and savoury snacks – including a variety of veggie sticks, crisps, yoghurt, fruit and biscuits! Plus unlimited squash to keep the little ones refreshed. Booking the 9am slot for your party? We’ve got you covered with breakfast snacky plates instead. - Birthday cake moment
We'll help you mark the moment by gathering everyone to sing Happy Birthday (you’ll just need to bring the cake with you).
- A big thank-you treat
The birthday child will receive a free return visit voucher as our gift to them.
💫 Party Pricing:
- £18.95 per child. This includes play and party food with unlimited squash.
- Maximum of 10 children per booking for this more laid-back celebration.
- A 50% deposit is required at booking. We’re unable to hold dates without this.
- Optional extra of adding a Grown-Up's Snacky Platter. Our children's snacky plates are extremely popular so now you can treat the adults to the grown-up version!
🎈 Grown-Up Guests:
- One adult per child is included.
- The birthday child can bring two special grown-ups.
- Extra adults are welcome for just £3 each – up to a maximum of 3 extra adults.
- If additional siblings or friends are attending (but not part of the party group), they’ll need to book standard play session tickets via our website.
🎈 Before You Arrive:
- Please don’t arrive more than 5 minutes before your party start time (as with our normal play sessions, we will be getting everything re-set from the previous play session).
- Feel free to bring your own table decorations and balloons for use in the café but do take them home after the party.
- Our team will take care of the cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying the day.
🚸 Important Bits to Know:
- Pippatopia is designed for children under 8 years old. Any children age 8 and over are still very much welcome at Pippatopia. We have activities to keep big kids entertained in our café area.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Please follow our Rules of Play - let’s keep the play space safe and fun for everyone.
- We kindly ask that you leave promptly at the end of your party, so we have time to tidy up and sprinkle some magic ready for the next play session.
🎂 Final Details:
- We can provide cakes, balloons, decorations, party bags and much more – all to help make the moment feel magical. Please ask to see what our party partners can offer you.
- Final payment is due 2 weeks before your party date (a payment link will be sent to make it all easy peasy).
